With 355 submitted projects from 40 countries, this 5th edition sets a new record.
Those results show some clear trends.
On the one hand, the diversity of formats, production companies and countries involved proves the global nature of the phenomenon.
On the other hand, digital and crossmedia strategies are now impacting all formats and genres of the A/V industry: cinema, TV, Web, fictions, documentaries, animation, education programs, youth, news,…
Lastly, as often when speaking about audiovisual entertainment, France appears at the forefront of these narrative and production changes at work leading to a new multi-platform economy.
Selected projects will pitch on June 19 and 20 in front of international Commissioners amongst which Tribeca Film Institute, BBC, RAI Educational, ARTE France, Euronews, France Télévisions, Channel 4, POV, Radio France, DR Denmark, YLE Finland, LIC China, TF1 and many others.
