The front delt already takes a beating without trying to directly target it, since it’s already working hard in almost every upper body exercise. Any kind of chest press, back pull, bicep curl, and tricep press, all greatly recruit the front delt.
If your shoulders bother you during or after your workouts, then try removing exercises that are meant to mainly target the front delt (such as overhead pressing, front raises, and upright rows).
